All published prices on blanqmfg.com represent our direct-to-buy rate card based on garment style, quantity band, decoration method, and options. There are no hidden setup fees or quote negotiations.

Payment is collected in full at checkout prior to scheduling production. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that contain unsupported artwork, suspected fraud, or timelines that cannot be met.

By uploading or submitting artwork to Blanq MFG, you warrant and represent that you own or have obtained all necessary copyright, trademark, and licensing rights to reproduce the design.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blanq MFG against any legal claims or damages arising from customer-supplied artwork. Digitized embroidery files, custom color separations, and print screens created by Blanq MFG remain our production property unless explicitly purchased.

Digital mockups generated in our Studio or sent via email serve as approximate placement and visual reference. Screen display colors (RGB) differ inherently from physical garment dyes and printed inks (CMYK / Pantone).

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, placement, sizing, and color intent before approval. Once approved, production begins immediately according to the approved proof specifications.

Due to standard apparel manufacturing variances, all garments are subject to an industry tolerance of +/- 1.0 inch in width and length.

Slight variances in ink color, dye batches across garment size runs, or physical print placement (+/- 0.5 inches from collar/center) are within normal commercial manufacturing tolerances.

In custom garment manufacturing and print collateral production, orders are subject to an industry-standard +/- 5% under-run or over-run allowance per size and style.

For contract decoration on customer-supplied garments, Blanq MFG is not liable for manufacturer defects or items damaged during normal printing within this 5% spoilage allowance.

Because all products are custom manufactured to your specifications, completed orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

If you receive items with a manufacturing defect or misprint outside industry tolerances, you must notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for replacement or account credit.

Production timelines are calculated in business days from proof approval and order payment. Online timelines assume prompt proof approval within 1 business day.

Rush production (+20% surcharge) guarantees prepress priority and expedited shop scheduling. While we guarantee ship-out dates for rush orders, carrier transit delays remain subject to freight provider policies.
