Payments are processed by Clover. Card details are entered directly into Clover-hosted fields and are never transmitted to or stored on Blanq MFG servers — we do not store full card numbers or bank credentials.

We use your information to calculate accurate pricing, tax, shipping, rush availability, production timelines, send proofs, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and maintain order records.

Uploaded artwork and supplemental files are used only to produce or support the order you submitted unless you give us separate permission.

We use trusted providers for payments, tax calculation, email delivery, order storage, hosting, analytics, and production operations. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and our Las Vegas, Nevada ship-from location.

We keep order records, artwork, and correspondence for production support, accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
