How It Works

No quotes.
No guessing.
Just design and buy.

Blanq MFG publishes every price, shows you real totals before checkout, and handles production in‑house. This page explains everything — from file formats to shipping zones.

The Process
01

Browse & Configure

Choose a garment from our curated catalog or start with a print product. Select your quantity and see the real unit price immediately — no email required.

02

Design in Studio

Upload your artwork or build a design from scratch in the Studio. The decoration method, art complexity, and garment tier reprice live as you work.

03

Checkout with Published Pricing

The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping, sales tax, and any rush fees are calculated from your address and cart before you enter a card.

04

Proof → Production → Delivery

We review your art and send a digital proof before production starts. Approve it, and we handle the rest. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.

Decoration Methods

Four methods. The Studio picks the right one for your design.

🖨

Screen Print

The industry standard for bold, lasting color.

Best For
High-volume runs, bold solid-color designs, event merch, team apparel.
Minimum
24 pieces per design
Turnaround
5–7 business days
File Requirements
Vector preferred (.AI, .EPS, .PDF with outlined fonts). Spot colors required — no gradients unless halftone-approved.
Each ink color is a separate screen. Simplify colors to keep costs down. Full-front up to 14″×18″.
🧵

Embroidery

Thread-sewn precision for premium branded wear.

Best For
Left-chest logos, caps, polos, corporate kits, retail-ready pieces.
Minimum
5 pieces
Turnaround
5–7 business days
File Requirements
Vector or high-res raster. We digitize your design into a stitch file — a one-time setup step. Max placement ~4″×4″.
Stitch count drives pricing. Fine detail and thin lines may not reproduce cleanly — simplify for best results.
🎨

DTG (Direct to Garment)

Full-color photographic prints, no minimums.

Best For
Low quantities, complex artwork, photo-realistic prints, sampling.
Minimum
5 pieces
Turnaround
3–5 business days
File Requirements
High-res PNG at 300 DPI or higher, transparent background. RGB color mode.
Best on 100% cotton light-colored garments. Pre-treatment required for darks (slight texture may result). Not ideal for exact Pantone matching.

DTF (Direct to Film)

Vibrant full-color transfers that work on any fabric.

Best For
Dark garments, polyester blends, hats, bags, small runs of complex art.
Minimum
5 pieces
Turnaround
3–5 business days
File Requirements
High-res PNG at 300 DPI, transparent background. RGB color mode.
Works on virtually any fabric color or type. Slightly raised feel vs DTG. Excellent for small logos and intricate designs.
File Prep Guide

Send us production-ready art from day one.

Vector Files (Preferred for Screen Print & Embroidery)

  • → Accepted: .AI, .EPS, .PDF (fonts outlined)
  • → All text must be converted to outlines/paths
  • → Use spot colors (Pantone) for exact color matching
  • → Remove white backgrounds and unused layers
  • → Include all linked images at full resolution

Raster Files (DTG & DTF)

  • → Accepted: .PNG (preferred), .PSD, .TIFF
  • → Minimum 300 DPI at final print size
  • → RGB color mode
  • → Transparent background (PNG)
  • → No compression artifacts

Only Have a JPEG or Low-Res File?

Let us know. We can often work with lower-quality sources for simple designs, help you source a vector version, or advise whether DTG/DTF is a better fit than screen print for your art. Never assume your file won't work — just ask.

Fonts & Typography

Always outline or embed fonts before saving. If we can't locate the font on our end, the text may reflow or substitute. Outlined text is immune to this — it becomes vector shapes regardless of what fonts are installed.

Production Timeline

Exact dates calculated at checkout.

Checkout shows your estimated in-hands date live — based on your cart, shipping zone, proof timing, and current shop cutoff. Here's the general flow:

Order Placed

You pay at checkout. Your order enters the queue.

Art Review

We review your uploaded artwork or Studio design for print compatibility.

Digital Proof

For decorated apparel and print collateral, we send a proof. Blank orders skip this step.

Proof Approval

You approve in writing. Production does not begin until you confirm.

Production

Screen Print: 5–7 days · Embroidery: 5–7 days · DTG/DTF: 3–5 days · Blanks: 1–2 days.

Ships or Pick Up

Tracking sent immediately. Local orders eligible for free pickup.

Rush Production Available

Rush cuts production time roughly in half and adds 20% to your order (minimum $25). If your requested in-hands date requires rush, checkout adds it automatically. If a date isn't achievable even with rush, you'll be asked to choose a later date or call us directly.

Shipping & Delivery

$25 flat rate shipping. Free local pickup, always.

Transit time starts after your order is ready for fulfillment. Checkout calculates the exact arrival estimate for your address and cart.

Artwork & Reprints

Your art is yours. Always.

You own everything you upload or design in Studio. We use your files solely to fulfill your order and store them for your reorder convenience — nothing else.

For reprints, reach out with your original order reference. If your artwork and garment are still in the catalog, we can typically rerun without a new proof round, cutting turnaround by 1–2 days.

If you need your source files returned or deleted, just ask. We'll send them over or remove them from our system promptly.
