Returns & Reprints

Because most Blanq MFG orders are custom-produced, returns are limited. If we make a production error, we will make it right.

Custom Orders

Decorated apparel and printed collateral are made to order and generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of customer preference, sizing choices, artwork approval, or changed plans.

Please review garment, color, size, quantity, artwork, placement, spelling, and production details before approving a proof or completing a blank order.

Production Issues

If your order arrives with a production error, missing item, damage, or clear mismatch from the approved proof or confirmed order details, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We may request photos, order details, and the affected items. When the issue is our responsibility, we will choose the appropriate remedy, which may include a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.

Blank Garments

Blank garment orders move directly to fulfillment and may be eligible for review if items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and reported promptly.

Shipping charges, rush fees, and special handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Blanq MFG.

How to Report an Issue

Email hello@blanqmfg.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Do not discard packaging or affected items until we confirm the next step.
